Ultimate Nourishment cannot be held to honor the price displayed for a product in which a typo occurred on the said price. Customer will be notified that their order is on hold until updated price is agreed upon, and customer will not be charged until we receive said agreement on price change. If our site miscalculates shipping rate charged for an order placed, we reserve the right to place the order on hold, without charging the credit card, until updated shipping cost is agreed upon. You also acknowledge and agree that you (as the Authorized User) or the Cardholder will not initiate any charge-back or claim procedure with your Merchant Bank or PayPal without obtaining a special confirmation number from Ultimate Nourishment to verify that you provided us with the opportunity to resolve the claim or dispute.
